Awards Assembly- BCS Students Shine

73% of BCS students in grades 3rd through 8th received Honor Roll or High Honors in the first trimester of the 2011-12 school year.  Every student is awarded with a character award or honor roll each year.  The school's theme this year, choosing to serve God, was exemplified when students wrote their award on a slip of paper and put it in a globe, which signified giving their God given gifts back to the world.  

The first graders had some different awards that they gave out and we would like to recognize some of these students.

     Kirby Denadel: Determination
     Jada DeYoung: Observant
     Ben Diskin: Personal Animation
     Eli Ponzer: Affection
     Rachel Sansone: Caring
     Hannah Terry: Cheerfulness

Not all kids are recognized each semester, but all kids do receive a character award sometime during the year. Good job students!
