let's go to the Dairy Farm.

The class was able to go to Appel Dairy Farm and learn all about the cows, milking the cows and the process of making cheese. They got to see where the cows are milked, where the cheese is stored, and then got to taste several varieties of cheese that is made there. It was a very fun day!
